The Dayton Street office is the administration and outpatient services hub of Sojourner Recovery Services. This location offers case management, group and individual counseling, peer recovery services, and childcare. Levels of care provided for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment includes outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. Services are offered in office, in the community, and extended telehealth admissions during select hours.
