In News, Community, Services
This summer, Community Health Alliance is making one of its largest community outreach efforts to date, investing in a comprehensive advertising campaign designed to connect more individuals and families with life-changing services and support.
Running throughout the summer months, the campaign expands Community Health Alliance’s visibility across Southwest Ohio through a combination of highway billboards, bus bench advertising, digital marketing, streaming audio, and search advertising. The goal is simple: ensure that people know where to turn when they need help.
The campaign focuses on several critical community needs, including promotion of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, problem gambling support services, and Community Health Alliance’s Perinatal Program. At the same time, the initiative raises broader awareness of the organization’s extensive healthcare, behavioral health, recovery, and community support services.
Meeting People Where They Are
Community Health Alliance recognizes that individuals often encounter challenges at unexpected moments. Whether someone is experiencing a mental health crisis, struggling with addiction, facing a gambling problem, or preparing to welcome a child into their family, knowing where help is available can make all the difference.
To reach as many people as possible, Community Health Alliance has partnered with several leading media organizations:
Together, these efforts create a coordinated, multi-channel campaign that reaches people through both traditional and digital platforms.
Spotlighting Essential Services
The campaign highlights several important programs and resources available through Community Health Alliance:
988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
The 988 Lifeline provides immediate support for individuals experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, mental health crises, or concerns about a loved one. By increasing awareness of this vital resource, Community Health Alliance hopes more individuals will know that help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Problem Gambling Services
Problem gambling often goes unnoticed, yet it can significantly impact individuals, families, finances, and mental health. Through counseling, support, and treatment services, Community Health Alliance helps individuals regain control and find a path forward. The summer campaign aims to reduce stigma and encourage those struggling to seek assistance.
Perinatal Program
Community Health Alliance’s Perinatal Program supports expectant and new mothers through education, care coordination, behavioral health support, and connections to essential community resources. By promoting these services, the organization hopes to improve outcomes for mothers, babies, and families throughout the region.
More Than Advertising—An Investment in Community Well-Being
While the campaign promotes specific services, its broader purpose is to strengthen community awareness of Community Health Alliance as a trusted source of care.
Many residents are unaware of the full range of services available through Community Health Alliance, including but not limited to those advertised.
By increasing visibility across multiple platforms, Community Health Alliance hopes to remove barriers to care, encourage earlier intervention, and help more people access services before challenges become crises.
Building Stronger Communities Through Awareness
Access to healthcare and support services begins with awareness. Individuals cannot seek help if they do not know where to find it.
This summer’s campaign represents Community Health Alliance’s commitment to meeting people where they are—on the roads they travel, in the communities they live, and on the digital platforms they use every day.
Every billboard viewed, every bus bench noticed, every radio message heard, and every online search connected creates another opportunity for someone to discover support, find hope, and access the care they deserve.
Community Health Alliance remains dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our communities, and this summer outreach initiative is one more step toward ensuring that help is visible, accessible, and available to all.
